There's a story that goes with this one, but I only know what it is in generalities: Sam's too tired and frustrated from failing to pull a rabbit out of a hat to save someone or many someones, and Janet is trying to comfort and calm her, help clear her head and get her thinking again.
The wallpaper linked above is the same pic, just cropped slightly differently.
I first started this one years ago, but didn't finish it. I was inspired to pick it up again when Shaych came up with a lovely piece that had a somewhat similar pose, so many thanks to her for spurring me into finishing it.
